This wholesome, nourishing and supportive class, led by Megan, focuses on stretching into the typical areas of tension & tightness that pregnancy brings, while strengthening the lower body and opening the hips and pelvis, in preparation for labour.

Breathwork and hypnobirthing meditations and affirmations are interwoven into each class, to truly relax and empower these soon-to-be mother's and enable them to approach their birthing process with ease, calm & grace'.

Join our nurturing and supportive Pilatebaby course – a postnatal Pilates block of classes designed especially for new mums to rebuild strength, restore confidence, and connect with their babies and other local mums.

Led by expert Pelvic Health Physiotherapist and Mummy MOT practitioner Beth Alexander, this class focuses on gentle, targeted movement to support your postnatal recovery. You’ll learn and practise specific exercises to:

Move safely and mindfully during early motherhood
Babies are welcome from 8 weeks old until they’re on the move. Classes include time for bonding with your baby, and we finish with a relaxed social space so you can enjoy a chat with other mums.
